Resources

Visit this page for information of interest to current and prospective owners and residents.
(Additional resources for current owners–including HOA documents, access forms, and pool key requests–can be found at on the Goodwin Property Management site.)

ACC Application

All changes to your property must have an ACC application submitted and approved prior to work being done. This includes but is not limited to: sheds, fences, arbors, landscape changes, roofs, pools, playscapes and satellite dishes. The committee reviews applications daily and usually has a very quick response so as to not hold up your project. Please include as much detail as possible to describe your project. You can email the ACC committee with any questions at acc@scofieldridge.org.

ACH Auto Draft for HOA monthly dues

Did you know you can have your monthly dues paid by automatic draft instead of mailing a check each month? Goodwin has a new option on their website to set up an automatic draft online. Simply go to their website www.SignUpForACH.com, find “SCO-Scofield Phase VIII HOA” in the list, and follow the instructions to complete the process.

Monthly Board of Directors Meeting Notices

The HOA Board of Directors meets once a month to discuss current issues and any resident is free to attend the meetings. If you would like to be notified of upcoming meetings, you can sign up at www.BoardMeetingNotices.com, find “Scofield Phase VIII ROA, Inc.” in the list, and click Subscribe. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can also do that at this website. Please remember that a portion of each Board meeting will be a closed session where individual homeowner violations are discussed. Because of privacy issues, residents will not be able to attend that portion of the meeting.
Note that these monthly Board of Directors meetings are separate from the annual homeowner’s meeting that occurs every April for which all residents will receive the notification in the mail.

Pool Keycard Form

In order to gain access to the neighborhood pool you will need a keycard. Please fill out the pool waiver form and you will be issued a keycard, one per household. Alternately, you can visit www.PoolKey.com and select “Scofield Phase VIII” to complete the process online. If you have lost your keycard or your keycard does not work anymore, please contact Debra Johnson with Goodwin Management.

Pool Party Reservations

If you would like to have a party at the pool and invite guests that live outside of our neighborhood, please fill out the pool party reservation form to ensure proper lifeguard coverage. The safety of your guests as well as HOA neighbors is a priority. Note that we cannot close the pool for a private party so other homeowners will be allowed in during your party.

Pool Rules

The pool rules are sent out with your keycard and are posted at the pool. They are also available here for quick reference. Please be sure to read the pool rules for the safety of everyone so we can all have a great time at the pool.

2011 Architectural Committee Presentation

The Scofield Ridge Architectural Committee (ACC) made a homeowner presentation at the 2011 Annual  Meeting.   This presentation includes information on the process and requirements to receive HOA clearance for home improvement/augmentation projects, and a refresher on key HOA guidelines related to such projects.

To learn more about how close you can build/improve near a property line, how high you can build a shed, or even what guidelines apply to the addition of solar panels (they’re encouraged, with some restrictions) or xeriscaping your lawn–and the quick and easy process to gain approval for any of these or many other projects–read the 2011 ACC presentation.
