New Management Company Sept 1, 2026

PS Property Management will be taking over management of our community starting September 1st. Many of you have already received a letter about the change. If you haven’t received it yet then you should have it very soon. This letter has your temporary password and it can be used to log into your new homeowner portal. We encourage everyone to select yes for electronic notifications during the account registration process.

Data is still being transferred to the new portal but feel free to log in and take a look around. All homeowner ledgers will carry over. No matter if you have a credit or a past due amount, those will all carry-over.

Everyone will need to setup new recurring auto-payments, either though the new portal or through your bank. If you mail a check, there is a new address to send the payment to and you will need to reference your new account number on your check. Assessments are still due by the 5th of every month. We will refrain from charging late fees for September so everyone has a chance to update their payments.
