Homeowners are encouraged to attend and bring any issues they would like to discuss with the Board and/or Goodwin Management. Please be aware that homeowner-specific violation hearings will be discussed under closed executive session and homeowners not involved in the violation will need to sit out during that time.

Wine Tasting with a Wine Connoisseur
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
No experience or prior knowledge of wines required—just a desire to enjoy an evening with fellow residents. RSVP to social@scofieldridge.org for the event location.

Neighborhood Clean-Up Day
9:00 am – 12:00 pm
The Maintenance & Safety Committee is hosting the Scofield Ridge Annual Neighborhood Clean-Up Day! We will meet at the pool parking lot for registration and to receive your supplies.
On clean-up day, please wear closed-toe shoes, long pants and a hat to shade you. Work gloves, trash bags, trash pickers, mosquito spray, and drinking water will be provided.
